Nine ditch ditch detention pond project in the new community

Program Overview : 
    The Jiuqu ditch drainage in the new community flows into the Cinnacle Creek near the upstream of the Fansheling Bridge, and the catchment area suffers heavy rains and floods every time, resulting in heavy losses. According to the planning results of the "Flood Mitigation Plan for the Surrounding Xingzhong Street in Xinshe District" (Taichung City Government, Republic of China 105), in order to effectively improve the flooding problem, priority is given to the "Jiuqugou Detention Pond Project in the New Community", which effectively reduces the overall flood loss in the region and improves the quality of life of the people through the concept of block-based water control. Jiuqugou Detention Pond belongs to the trough type detention pond, and the related flood control facilities include inflow workers, inflow box culverts, detention ponds (divided into upper and lower two pools), overflow weirs, outflow workers, outflow box culverts, etc., with a total detention volume of 94,800 cubic meters, and 25,000 cubic meters of water can be stored at ordinary times, which is used as irrigation water.
