Program Overview : 
    Located in the 184-hectare rezoning area of Sanaili, Yuanlin Town, Changhua County, the land used by the Education Department is currently owned by the Wenzhong Primary School (2), due to the current impact of the declining birthrate there is no urgency to build a school, and due to the urban development of Yuanlin Town, the development of the 184-hectare rezoning area and the frequent rapid rainfall in recent years, its surface flow mainly relies on ditch drainage and drainage, and the ditch drainage is an important area drainage in Yuanlin Town. Therefore, every time a typhoon rains heavily, the upstream water level often rises, and the rainwater sewer cannot be discharged, resulting in flooding in the urban area of Yuanlin Town.
    The land area of Wenxiao (2) in the planning area is 2.53 hectares, with an area of about 1.72 hectares at the top of the pond and about 1.3 hectares at the bottom of the pond after the installation of a detention pond, and the relevant flood control facilities include inflow workers, inflow box culverts, pumping stations and detention ponds, etc., with a detention capacity of about 31,490 cubic meters and a flood reduction capacity of 4.8cms, providing space for people to coexist with nature and recreation in the water.
