    Tainan (Fucheng) has the pioneer status of Taiwan's historical origin, and the Tainan Canal is a unique circular canal in Taiwan, and it is an important cultural hydrophilic space in Fucheng, the canal star drill is located in the canal hub, the center of Tainan City, and the center of all the historical sites in Fucheng.
    Combined with the canal regeneration plan, the bridge will become a city-wide canal waterfront sightseeing and waterfront commercial complex and a regional "new commercial city center", and will become a new landmark of the canal star diamond in the future, as it will increase the transportation system outside the canal, and connect the Zhongzheng Road business district, active industrial tourism and the development of the waterfront city, so as to drive the commercial development of the Central and Western District.
    The new Lin'an Bridge is a pre-tensioned steel cable bridge with a sailing pylon, which can connect Lin'an Road and Minsheng Road, and cross the canal, with a north-south direction, an average bridge width of about 24 meters, a bridge length of about 80 meters, and a height of about 50 meters. The new construction project of Jinhua Bridge is a hollow steel girder bridge, which can connect the bottom of 171 Lane of the third section of Jinhua Road, and cross the canal, the bridge is east-west, the bridge is about 20 meters wide, and the bridge is about 95 meters long.
