    The relocation of the Army Artillery Training Department is in line with the new city center plan of the Tainan Metropolitan Area to promote the prosperity and development of the Yongkang area, and the current Army Artillery Training Headquarters is located in Yongkang District, Tainan City, which is far away from the Hushan Shooting Range of the live-fire training site, and the connection is inconvenient.
    20 meters of road: the design speed is 40km/hr, one fast and one mixed lane and shoulder in both directions, and the net width of the roadbed is 16 meters.
    10-meter road: the design rate is 40km/hr, one fast lane and shoulder in each direction, and the clear width of the roadbed is 8 meters.
