Yongkang drainage pumping station new project

Client : The Sixth River Bureau, Water Resources Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs
Location : Yongkang District, Tainan City
Program Overview :
As the middle and lower reaches of the Yongkang Drainage Catchment Area are naturally low, heavy rainfall runoff often cannot be smoothly discharged into the Yongkang Drainage, and the bottom of some bridge beams in the Yongkang Drainage and Centipede Pond is too low to affect the flood discharge, coupled with the high flood level of the outlet Yanshui Creek, the flood in the area cannot be discharged immediately, resulting in frequent flooding in the area. In order to effectively improve the flooding problem, the Qiantai South County Government handled the remediation of the Yongkang drainage system in accordance with the "Phase 1 of the Flood Control Plan for Flood-prone Areas (95~96)" issued by the Republic of China on March 3, 95. A 40cms pumping station has been set up at the Yongkang drainage outlet discharged into Yanshui Creek, and a floodway (80cms) has been added on the east side of the expressway, and a water gate, a detention tank and a pumping station have been set up at its outlet to relieve the flood pressure downstream of Yongkang drainage.
    1. Pumping a new 32cms pumping station (civil engineering part). Second, the first installation of 8cms pumping unit (mechanical and electrical part). Three diversion tank culverts, front pools, outlet tanks and outlet tank culverts. Fourth, the surrounding water defense roads are connected and restored in total, about 30m.
