Program Overview : 
    The Fifth River Bureau of the Water Resources Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs divided the original Yantian area into two natural detention ponds (with an area of 17.0 and 17.5 hectares) from the Xibin Expressway in accordance with the Flood Control Plan for Flood-prone Areas - Comprehensive Water Control Plan for Chiayi Coastal Areas (south of Hebaoyu Drainage to Bazhang River), which can be interconnected with the Yanguangou Drainage Trunk Line.
