Program Overview : 
    The project is located in the rezoning area of Lieyu National Middle School in Lieyu Township, Kinmen County, with flat terrain, few buildings in the current condition, numerous surrounding public facilities, a dedicated area for natural villages on three sides and a 15M planned road on both sides to facilitate access to various areas of Lieyu Township, etc., and is developed as the hinterland of residential and commercial development in Lieyu Township by way of rezoning, so as to provide a perfect living environment, accommodate the residential needs brought about by the high population growth of Lieyu Township, and shape the plan area into the main development core of Lieyu Township. The planned area is about 13.64 hectares, and the total project cost is 139 million yuan.
