Program Overview : 
    In 97, Typhoon Xinleke caused the water of Dajiaxi River to surge, and the 32K slope of the eighth line of Zhongheng Highway collapsed, and the roadbed collapsed 100m long and 45m high, causing the main traffic roads in and out of the Guguan area to be interrupted. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Communications, "make every effort to get through as soon as possible", Liming Company cooperated with the authorities to complete the design and contract within 7 days, and the project was completed and opened to traffic within 90 calendar days.
