Program Overview : 
    The Yunlin area has been classified as a serious stratigraphic subsidence area, and the use of groundwater is controlled, and there is no major source of water supply in the South Changhua area. In order to cooperate with the government's policies to effectively improve the problem of stratum subsidence, water purification and water conveyance projects are carried out under the Hushan Reservoir Project, so as to supply the main livelihood water in the Yunlin area with surface water and reduce the use of groundwater. The new "Hushan Water Purification Plant" (400,000 CMD) will be built to achieve the above water supply targets with the existing water supply pipelines in the water supply area, and the addition of water main pipes and connecting pipelines to form a complete water supply pipeline network system.
