Planning and design of Zengwen Creek drainage diversion sharing measures

    In accordance with the Water Conservancy Law 83-2 and the "Announcement and Implementation Measures for the Approval of the Implementation Scope and Plan of Runoff Sharing", and with reference to the disaster location of the heavy rain of 0823 in 107 years of the Republic of China, the Sixth River Bureau of the Water Resources Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs selected the catchment area of Zengwenxi Drainage (before the confluence with Haiweiliao Drainage) and the second catchment area of Waiweizi Zhongpai as the scope of this plan to carry out the runoff sharing assessment operation, and the scope of the plan is shown in Figure 1.
    According to the assessment results, the assessment report on the runoff sharing of Zengwenxi drainage was proposed, and on March 3, 110, the Ministry of Economic Affairs passed the review of the runoff sharing review meeting, and agreed to announce the catchment area before the confluence of Zengwenxi drainage and Haiweiliao drainage as the implementation scope of runoff sharing (area of 16.9km², detailed Figure 2), which is the first assessment report in the country to pass the review and announcement of the implementation scope of runoff sharing by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and will continue to carry out the runoff sharing plan in accordance with the "Approval Announcement and Implementation Measures of Runoff Sharing Implementation Scope and Plan" in the future.
